Contributed to open source
I'm absolutely delighted that GitHub decided to implement my idea to highlight codes of conduct alongside the README and LICENSE for open source projects.

Codes of conduct are such important tools for working collaboratively; they level set expectations for how we can work best together.

So, as of today, if you have a file named CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md in the root of your repository or in your organization's .github repository, GitHub will show it in the sidebar!
